The Work
This page holds no claims of its own. Every line is a pointer to the page where that item is explained, sourced, and — where possible — acted on. It is rebuilt from those pages on every build, so nothing here can outlive the thing it points at. Four owners: what the government could do, what the people can do, what this project still has to verify, and what nobody has published yet — the things we have to ask.
What the government could do
None of these require an election, a new law, or the referendum. Most are a budget line — why that matters.
