LEARNING MISSION
Why this guide matters
This place is built by the people who use it. Evaluating ideas together — with lenses, not loyalty — is the habit this whole platform exists to grow.
How we’ll know it’s working
Honest, countable signs only: questions submitted · instruments gathering answers · pages read and rated useful · and more people who can explain how these decisions actually get made. Counts publish, dated, on Community Findings.
Is this idea worth building? You decide.

Data & your voice
Surveys, by subject · the results so far · Where’s the data? — every mission runs on what the community measures.
This website is itself an experiment: can a civic coffeehouse — a chapter house meeting that never adjourns — help the people learn, evaluate, and work together? This guide collects the community's verdict, so the answer comes from you, not from us.
How the trading works
Everyone arrives with a gift; every job names a need. The post matches them: name the gift — what you already have · name the need — what the work requires · match them · fill the gap — the gap is the next lesson, never a wall · resource the crossing — the mentor, the introduction, the help across. Nobody trades alone; that’s the design.
The best trade there is: mentor a teenager in your own family or chapter — one young person, shown how real work works, is a whole future changed. (We don’t match strangers — mentoring belongs inside relationships that already exist.) Or teach a skill where the community gathers — a chapter workshop, a group afternoon: weaving, welding, budgeting, filing a form, fixing a truck. An afternoon of showing beats a semester of telling. Name your gift →
Lead an activity: a chapter cleanup, a study circle for a lesson, a game night at the Playground, a survey drive, an elder visit day — pick one, name a time, and people can follow. Leading is a gift too. Tell us what you’re leading →
Teach many at once: skill shares over video — one person teaches, everyone watches, all in the open. Know something worth teaching? Raise your hand and we’ll help set up a session →

FINDING
How this guide judges itself
The five lenses weigh ideas about the Nation. This guide is about the site itself, and it is judged by a harder test: can a person who has never seen it find their race, understand what it is for, and want to come back? No lens answers that. Only a reader does. The five lenses, for the guides that use them →
The idea being tested
Read the Vision: a permanent platform where every mission — elections, healthcare, water, housing — follows the same journey, every voice has a place, and the ultimate purpose is strengthening K’é and Hózhó. The 2026 election is the trial run.

Your verdict
Community participation — this IS the mission's data · anonymous, published only as combined counts
Volunteer
Contact details optional and private — nothing here publishes; volunteers reply personally
What this guide produced
Community output: the collective verdict — interest level, what worked, what's wanted next — published here and used to decide the platform's future. Your output: you helped decide what your community builds.
The law behind this guide
This guide cites no statute because it is not about a law. It is about K’é — and about the people who came forward to answer an office, or read a transcript, or checked a section number.
What we found
Three community members from Teesto told Cal Nez that people who asked their chapter for what they needed were “labeled as troublemakers” and stopped coming.
How we’ll know it worked
When chapter meetings and budget hearings are full.
Work on a mission with others
Missions go faster together. Tell us which mission you want to work on and how to reach you, and we’ll connect you with others working on the same thing — a volunteer reads every submission and makes the introduction by hand. Your contact info is used only to connect you; it is never published, never added to any list, and never shared beyond the people you’re being connected with.
