How to do this step
- First time doing this? Did They Answer the Question? is a 2-minute read — entirely optional.
- Tap a candidate’s name below — it opens their page.
- Tap the big Read the interview Q&A button.
- For each answer:
- Read it.
- Tap your take (private): 👍 liked it · 😐 neutral · 👎 not for you · ❓ need more info.
- Optional: mark whether they answered the question — Yes / Partly / Evaded.
- Optional: write yourself a note.
- Done with that candidate?
- Tap the box ☐ next to their name here — it becomes ☑.
- Your progress bar fills.
- Or use the link at the bottom of their interview — it carries you straight to your next candidate, no backtracking.

- Build your team with the star.

- Tap ☆ on a candidate’s profile — it turns ★. Tap again to remove.
